This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if 247xchanger has at least one service agreement or the like with you regarding its provisions of services or the like to you ("Other Agreement"), in instances of conflict, the Other Agreement shall prevail.

This Agreement may be amended at any time by Rivox Solutions, the pioneers of 247xchanger from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement shall however be posted on the website, and it is your duty to review this Agreement prior to each use of the website.

Bear in mind that we do not control, investigate, monitor or check the activities of such websites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such website. We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the Site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access any third-party website, you do so at your own risk.

...GENERAL BUY/SELL CONDITIONS...

247xchanger shall fund your digital currency account ONLY after we have confirmed your payment.

All digital currency (Web Money, Perfect Money, Payza, and EgoPay) account funding are based on the total net amount we received on our bank account and not on the actual amount paid/sent. You agree to bear all the transaction costs we may incur with respect to your ORDER.

All our services are available to verified customers only. Unverified customers wishing to use our services MUST stick to the $500.00 daily transaction limit. If an unverified customer places an order above $500.00 such customer will be forced to undergo the verification process before the ORDER is fulfilled. No REFUND will be made if the unverified customer refuses to provide legal documents to prove his/her identity.

We only accept payments that are made with the ORDER INVOICE as advised on the order page. Any other form of payment into our account will not be honoured. If a customer makes payment into our account with a name or code other than his/her ORDER INVOICE, such customer would have to scan a copy of the teller used in making payment to "payments@247xchanger.com" and then undergo a compulsory verification before we can fund such customer's digital currency account.

We DO NOT accept third party payments. Customers living abroad should use bank wire, western union money transfer, money gram, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Each "ORDER INVOICE" can ONLY be used once for a single transaction (unless otherwise stated) and each is valid for 7 hours. If you fail to make payment using the "ORDER INVOICE" generated for you within 7 hours, your initial request shall be void. If you still wish to fund your digital currency account through us, you have to submit another request in other to obtain a new "ORDER INVOICE". You MUST also use this new "ORDER INVOICE" to make your payment within 7 hours of request submission.

We do allow payment via international bank wire, western union money transfer and money gram transfer as a means of payment for our services however clients who wish to send funds via this means are advised to contact our support for directives, also note that clients resident in Nigeria are not allowed to send funds via the above means. We only accept direct bank deposit and internet banking transfers from clients residing in Nigeria.

Payments made with expired ORDER INVOICE may be considered after proper investigation has been made, but a 1% service charge shall apply to the processing of such an order.

Payment notification sent after 17:00 GMT+1 shall be processed the next working day.

...FORGERY OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS...

As an honest company, we love to deal with honest people too. Hence, we have implemented a customer verification procedure in almost all our services especially for customers wishing to fund their digital currency account using our services.

This verification exercise is done once for a particular customer. We therefore, warn our customers that cases of forgery for any required document is a very serious and criminal offence.

Your digital currency account/bank account may never be funded if we found out that you have falsified any of the provided documents. And, in such cases, you will not be refunded for any payment/transfer made to our bank account. Rather you will be banned from using our services. Be warned.

...PURPOSE OF USE...

247xchanger.com services are available for use only for legitimate purposes.

247xchanger reserves the right to suspend any transfer if found to be used for fraudulent/illegitimate purposes.

247xchanger DO NOT encourage/support money laundering, we shall suspend a transfer if we have enough evidence to prove that money you sent to us were gotten through an unlawful manner or way.

...RIGHTFUL DEALING AGE...

It is a very BIG offence to place orders via our website if you are below 18 years of age.

If we in any way formal/informal find out, your order would never be executed. And any funds sent would be confisticated. You are warned!

...DELETING, EDITING AND MODIFICATION...

247xchanger reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, information or other material content appearing on the Site with or without your notice.

We reserve the right to change/alter the buying price/rate and the selling price/rate of any of the e-currencies that we offer with or without your notice. It is your duty to review the current exchange rate of any digital currency you wish to purchase or sell prior to placing your ORDER.

...MISCELLENOUS A...

All transactions are concluded within 1 - 2 working days. However, if there is further delay in your account funding/withdrawal, please contact our support unit by calling any of the support lines, using the web/contact form or by using the live chat software.

247xchanger shall keep records of all present and past transactions (except for blacklisted clients) for a period of 5 years and will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.

Digital currency funding is final and irreversible. You can not request a refund of your money once your digital currency account has been funded otherwise you will need to place a sell order to the company again.You are responsible for supplying your correct digital currency account number and name. In the event that your funds are sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong digital currency account number, you will be liable for any loss you shall sustain as a result of this.

...MISCELLENOUS B...

You can not take 247xchanger, Rivox Solutions or any of its staff to court. Neither shall you hold her liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of your use of this site. By using this site or doing any business with us, you do so at your own RISK.

However, you have the right to report any issues you may have with any of our services ONLY to our support unit via the contact us page available on our website.

Our support shall do their best to solve the problem, issues above the support shall be forwarded to ADMIN/MGT for a finally judgement.
